First Attempt At This

Hi World! This is my first attempt at keeping up with a blog. Hopefully it'll work out for the best. So, here goes. My day started off a little sleepy. I got an hour and a half less shut eye than normal and I had to wake up and finish a paper that I had procrastinated on. Up until lunch everything was back to normal. Then, I got a text that reminded me that we didn't have program today which meant we didn't have to go to work. I was super stoked! This was going to allow me to get quite a bit of my homework done early. Then, in Calculus, I found out that I made an 86 on our last exam which was a thirteen point increase from last time! During Calculus, I got a text that said we were having program today which irritated me a little because it seems that our Coordinator isn't very involved or concerned whether he keeps us informed and up-to-date. Plus, I had to revise my homework plan and am now behind. On a positive side, the program went really well even though the kids didn't really have much to do. After program, I went to my dorm to get my laptop and cranked through my Journal that's due tomorrow for EDS which made me feel pretty accomplished. At 6:30 I went to supper. Afterwards, I went to the cafe with Erica to work on homework but I got nothing accomplished. At 8 I had to be in the Upper Seabury Gym for the Berea Country Dancers convocation. Some of the dances were interesting, but I caught myself nodding off several times. Now, I'm back in my dorm procrastinating on my homework that's due on Thursday. Oops. So, there's my day. I haven't got to talk to Lucas much today. We've both been extra busy. I haven't got the chance to talk to my parents either. Boo.

Oh yeah, today was BEAUTIFUL! I should have taken a picture. The beautiful weather has motivated me to dress cute again! It's a miracle! I'm so ready and excited for summer to be here! I'm ready to spend QT with my family and my man. It's going to be an extremely peaceful and relaxing break. Plus, I plan on getting some stuff accomplished. Here's a couple of those things:

-Learn how to crochet
-Learn how to make my granny's strawberry preserves
-Read Half the Sky, Dreams from my Father, Safe Haven, and several other books that I can't remember
-Finish Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet
-Lose a few pounds
-Save several hundred dollars to help pay for Fall and Spring Semester next year
-Learn more about computers!
-Disconnect from Facebook for awhile
-Play Bingo for the first time!
-Better my cooking abilities
-Get back in shape by going to the YMCA frequently!

Yeah, so I have lots of things to get done this summer! I'm getting pretty pumped for it! Well, I think that's enough for tonight. I still have homework to do and I have to get plenty of sleep so I'll be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for tomorrow. Goodnight!
