Splendid Sunday

Tonight it's going to be short and sweet but I thought I had to write a little something.
Today was amazing!! My mom, dad, brother sister, Granny, Papa and boyfriend came to see me. My granny and papa wanted to see the campus because they had never been to Berea before. It was really cold and a lot of things didn't open until later in the afternoon so I only got to take them into Draper and my dorm(Anna Smith). After I showed them a little of the campus and we went to Boone Tavern, we decided to go to the Artisan Center and then Richmond to eat. We chose to eat at Cici's Pizza. I ate wayyyy too much! But it was absolutely delicious. Then we went and looked around a few shops.We came back and I showed them my dorm. Then, we went to Berea Coffee and Tea so that mom, Katelyn, and Lucas could get coffee. After that, they left and I came back to my room to get a bunch of homework done. I ended up spending quite a bit of time looking for research that I never found. Therefore, I had to come up with some new ideas for research that will support my thesis. So far it's going pretty good but I still like over 600 words before I even meet the word requirement. Eeeeck. So, I'm somewhat stressed about getting that paper done before class on Tuesday. On a lighter note, I have everything else finished besides that so that can be my main focus until 10am on Tuesday! I plan to spend all my spare moments trying to get it finished. Two more things that I did today were watch the UK game! Wooooo! And I played a game of basketball myself. We lost again, but the team worked really hard and I was proud of us regardless even though I did get a little frustrated immediately after.

But that's what my day consisted of. Spending some amazing time with my family and wishing I could just leave with them and cranking out some knowledge for all this homework I have due. Now, it's back to the homework for 100 more words.
